Dried chilli – as needed.

Asafoetida – as needed.
Clean and cut the vegetables into large pieces.
Potato – 2nos.
Plantain – 1nos.
Drumsticks – 3nos.
Sambar payar – as needed.
Okra – 7nos.
Brinjal – 1nos.
Carrot – 1nos.
Onion – 1 nos.
Tomato – 1nos.
Green chilli – as needed.
