It’s been a WHILE since I’ve done a meal prep video. These videos are possibly the hardest to film and edit, but also some of my most popular videos. So I hope you guys enjoy this one — this time I made a simple kidney bean salad that I had for lunch for a few days (with some pitta bread) and some amazingly delicious curry! I had no idea how to make this type of curry but somehow it worked and it was yummy.
