Beaten Rice – 50 gms
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 1 cup
Toasted Coconut – 1/2 cup
Khova – 2 tbsp
Cardamom pods – 3
A few roasted Cashew nuts & Raisins
A few chopped Unsalted Pistachios
A few Saffron
1. To cook the beaten rice: To a cup of milk add the beaten rice and milk khova and wait for khova to dissolve. Add some cardamom powder and ½ cup sugar. Mix well and add a tsp of ghee. Cool the mixture and get a thick kheer, add some cashew nuts and raisins to it.
2. Ghee your palms, and roll the mix into small balls.
