Recipe Ingredients
Chicken
Pepper powder
Garam masala
Chilly powder
Oil
Garlic
Lime juice
Salt
Blanched potato,broccoli,carrot
Preparations
1. Combine oil,pepper powder,chilly powder,garam masala,chopped garlic,salt and lime juice. Grind it as fine paste.
2. Marinate the chicken with the grind paste and set it for 3 hrs
3. Thread the chicken in skewers
4. Heat a pan and grill the chicken pieces
5. Heat the butter in a pan. Saute the blanched vegetables with some pepper – chilly powder.
6. Serve it with rice noodles.

Mushroom
Crushed green chilly-garlic – ginger
Cloves – Cinnamon – whole spice leaf (ground spices)
Chopped tomato
Chopped onion
Coriander-Chilly-Cumin-Turmeric powders
Chopped coriander leaves
Curd
Cream
Cashew nut Paste
Salt
preparations
1. Heat oil in pan. Put ground Spices
2.Saute onion with salt until it turns brown
3. Add Crushed green chilly-garlic – ginger
4.Put coriander-Chilly-Cumin-turmeric powders
5. Pour the curd in it and mix well
6. Add tomato and cashew paste
7. Add mushroom
8. Add cream and coriander leaves in it
