Crepes – Recipe
Ingredients: All purpose flour – 1 cup
Milk – 300 ml
Egg – 1
A pinch of Salt
Butter
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Method: 1. Blend The flour, Salt, Milk, egg and vanilla essence in to a nice thin* batter
*Add more milk if necessary.
2. Crease a pan with butter
3. Low the flame and slowly pour the batter.
4. Remove from pan once it changes color
note: You can flip if you want, but its not necessary since it is cooked enough!
