DIY Facial Toner:

Benefits:

• Helps to tighten your facial skin
• Shrinks open pores
• Provides pH balance to skin
• Prevents ingrown hair
• Forms a film on the skin
• Moisturize the skin
• Protects from toxic compounds

Facial toner using honey:

Honey helps the skin retain moisture and elasticity without drying it out

1. Take 1 tbsp of honey in a small bowl
2. Add ¼ tsp of vegetable essential oil in it
3. Add ¼ tsp of fresh lemon juice
4. Mix all of the ingredients well
5. Apply this mixture on your face
6. Leave it for 10 minute & wash off with lukewarm water.

Facial toner using essential oils and rose water:

Use this toner to get nourished and glowing facial skin

1. Take 1 cup of rose water in bowl
2. Add 7-8 drops of lavender essential oil in it
3. Add 1 drop of rose geranium essential oil
4. Add 1 drop of palmarosa essential oil
5. Add 1 drop of patchouli essential oil
6. Add 1 of drop ylang ylang essential oil
7. Mix all this these essential oils
8. Apply this on your face

Tips:

• Use toner after cleansing & before moisturizing
• Do a patch test to check for any possible skin reactions
• Limit intake of alcohol, tea, coffee & carbonated drinks, as they
act as dehydrating agents
• Drink plenty of water
• Have balanced diet
