Chicken pox is a highly contagious viral infection. It is characterised by blister-like rashes that first occur on the face & then spread throughout the body. Although it is usually seen in children, adults with a weak immune system can also suffer from this condition.

RECIPE:
Add 1/2 cup water to a vessel & allow to boil
1 tbsp oats
Keep stirring and take it off heat once soft
1 chopped banana
Add 1 cup yogurt
100 ml milk
1 tbsp honey
Add the cooled oats
Blend together
Refrigerate for 5 mins and drink
