Learn How To Make Deviled Eggs Recipe with The Bombay Chef

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper pwd
1 tsp chilli powder or Smoked Spanish paprika
1 tsp Lemon juice

Cherry tomatoes

In a saucepan boil the eggs by adding salt and vinegar to the water for 12 minutes. Peel the shell off the eggs once they are hard boiled. Cut the boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks . Then add mayonnaise, yellow mustard powder, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice to these yolks and mash this mixture with a fork. Once mixed properly, sieve the stuffing to make it creamy and smooth. Fill the stuffing in a plastic piping bag making sure there are no air pockets and fit it with a star nozzle. Now fill this stuffing in the half empty egg yolks carefully. Finally, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley leaves.
