Hair Softener:

• Daily shampooing can strip hair of its natural oils

Symptoms to look for:

• Hair loss
• Split ends
• Fuzzy hair
• Brittle texture

Causes:

• Frequent use of hot appliances
• Exposure to harsh weather
• Exposure to chlorinated water
• Overall health deterioration

Natural home remedy using fenugreek seeds:

1. Soak 4 tbsp fenugreek seeds overnight in water
2. Next morning, separate the seeds & crush them to get a thick
paste
3. Add about 3 tbsp of yogurt to it
4. Mix it well
5. Apply the paste on the scalp and hair and let it stay on for at
least an hour.
6. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo

• Fenugreek seeds condition your hair, making hair shiny & soft.
• Yogurt prevents dryness and makes hair thick and strong.

Natural home remedy using coconut mil, coconut oil, eggs and sesame oil:

1. Take 2 tbsp of coconut milk
2. Combine it with 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
3. To this mixture add 2 eggs
4. Add 2 tbsp of olive and/or light sesame oil.
5. Mix it well
6. Wash your hair with water and then massage this mixture on
your scalp and hair
7. Leave it on for 15-20 min and rinse well with cold water & a mild shampoo

Natural home remedy using aloevera gel,yogurt, mustard oil and olive oil:

1. Take about 3 tbsp of aloevera gel
2. Mix it with 2 tbsp yogurt
3. Now add 3 tsp olive oil or mustard oil.
4. Mix it well
5. Massage this paste on your hair & let it stay for 15-20 min
6. Rinse off the paste using a mild shampoo

Tips:

• Avoid using hair styling appliances
• Moisturize & oil the scalp regularly
