This is a simple no cook breakfast that I often make on a lazy sunday morning. We can serve this for breakfast/ tiffin or as a quick evening snack. Kids love to carry this sandwich in their lunch boxes.
Cream Cheese Substitute: Use 1/4 Cup of crumbled Paneer and 1 Tbsp of yogurt, blend till smooth and use as a substitute for cream cheese.
Makes – 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
Sandwich Bread Slices – 4 no
Cream Cheese – 1/4 Cup
Onion (finely chopped – 2 Tbsp
Bell Pepper/ Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Cucumber (grated) – 1/4 Cup
Cilantro/ Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 Tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1/4 tsp
Green Chili (finely chopped) – 1 or to taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/8 tsp or to taste
Salt – 1/8 tsp or to taste
