Puran Poli is also called as Vedhmi in Gujarat; Puran Poli is a in my family. Puran Poli is part of the menu along our family’s favorite Undhiyu every festival and on special occasions. Though puran poli is sweet dish; many Gujarati families have them along with the vegetables as an alternative to other rotis (flat breads).
