Rava Fish Fry is an easy fish fry recipe.The fish is crispy from the exterior and succulent from within. So watch & learn how to make Rava Fish Fry with Chef Sneha Nair only on Get Curried.

Ingredients:
4 – 5 pieces of king fish
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp of chilli powder
salt to taste
2 – 3 tbsp tamarind water
1 cup semolina
coconut oil for shallow frying

Method:
Prepare a masala by mixing together ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt & tamarind water (by adding tamarind to hot water).

In a frying pan heat some coconut oil and leave it on a low flame.

Coat the fish with the prepared masala and then cover it with rava/semolina.

Place the fish slices in the frying pan.

Fry them for 5 to 7 mins in low flame, until they are cooked properly from both the sides.

Once the fish is cooked take it off the gas and the dish is ready to be served!
