TIPS
Take cold water baths 2 times every day
Expose yourself to the morning sun
Avoid tea and coffee as they hamper absorption of iron
REMEDIES:
Take 1 mashed banana in bowl
Add 1 tsp honey
Mix well
Consume this twice daily
REMEDY 2:
Take one glass of milk in a vessel
Add 1 tsp black pepper powder
Let this boil
Remove it from the flame
Drink this twice a day
