Eye Strain:
Eye strain can lead to puffiness , itching & red eyes. It may also cause dark circles and extreme cases of blurry vision and eye pain
Causes:
• Lack of sleep
• Fatigue
• Poor diet
Natural home remedy using chamomile tea bags:
1. Boil 4 cups of water
2. Add 2 chamomile tea bags
3. Cover with a lid
4. Let it steep for 15 min
5. Remove & refrigerator the tea bags
6. Place it on eyes for 15 min
7. Do this everyday
Natural home remedy using egg white:
1. 2 egg whites
2. Beat them till it gets stiff
3. Apply it gently under the eyes
4. Cover with wet soft cloth for 15 min
5. Rinse it with warm water
Tips:
• Don’t over stress yourself
• Sleep at least 7-8 hours
• Reduce the amount of salt intake
• Drink lots of water and green tea to remove any toxins
• Avoid rubbing the eyes
• Keep away from irritants like smoke, allergens & harsh creams
