REMEDY 1:
Take 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Add 2 tbsp honey
Mix well
Consume this once in the morning and once before going to bed
REMEDY 2:
Take 1 chopped banana
Add 1 cup yogurt
Mix well
Eat this once daily
