Ripe tomatoes and chopped onions topped with spicy cream and crisp lettuce. One need not go to Mexico to taste these flavorful tacos instead simply watch and try this delicious recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
___ Taco shells
To make Salsa:
___ 1 Onion (chopped fine)
___ 1 Green Bell pepper (chopped fine)
___ 1 Tomato (deseeded & chopped fine)
___ 1 Green chilli (optional) (thinly sliced)
___ __ Lemon (juiced)
___ Salt to taste
___ A few Coriander leaves
___ Iceberg lettuce (thinly cut)
___ Seasoned Cream Cheese (Seasoned with: Cumin powder, Paprika powder, Salt, Fresh cream)
METHOD:
1. To make the salsa: Take a wide bowl. Mix the vegetables together. Squeeze in the juice of __
lemon and add some salt. Mix it gently. Add some coriander leaves and mix the salsa.
2. Take some salsa and place them gently into the taco shells which are roasted for 2 minutes in
the oven.
3. Add some seasoned cream cheese.
Top it up with some Iceberg lettuce.
Eat the tacos right away.
