1. Take 1 tbsp of cumin seeds powder in a bowl

Ginger has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce stomach cramps.Adding some raw organic honey to it helps replenish the body with vital minerals and vitamins that are lost due to the illness
1. Take 1 tbsp of grated ginger
2. Add to it 1 cup of water
3. Put it to boil for 3 minutes
4. Remove it from the stove and pour into a cup
5. Once the water cools a little, add ½ tbsp of raw organic
honey to it
