Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard
4 to 5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
4 slit green chillies
8 – 10 curry leaves
1 finely chopped onion
salt
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
water
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2 baby pomfrets
banana leaves

Method:
In a pan heat some coconut oil then add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, onions and salt.
When the onions turn brown add chopped tomatoes.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, little bit of water and let the and white vinegar.
Switch off the gas and keep it aside
Heat up the banana leaf and spread the cooked masala in it, place the fish and add some more on top and fold it in
Tie it up with a thick thread
Heat some coconut oil in a pan and place the banana packets on the pan
Place coal over flame of gas
Cover the pan for 5-8 minutes and keep the coal in the pan
Flip it in between and cover it once again
Fish Fry in banana leaf is ready to be served.
