Garlic Yogurt Dip
Curd/Yogurt – 1 cup
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Pounded Garlic – 2 cloves
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
A few Coriander leaves
1. First step is to make Hung Curd, strain the Curd/Yogurt in a muslin cloth, wait till full water drains.
2. In a bowl mix pounded Garlic, Chilli powder, Cumin powder, Salt, Coriander leaves with the drained yogurt & sprinkle some Chilli powder.
3. Serve the Garlic Yogurt dip with Carrot & Cucumber stick.
