The Grilled Tofu Spinach Sandwiches are packed with nutrition and punch and is super easy to cook recipe. I used a regular whole wheat sandwich bread and toasted them in the toasted, then grilled the mustard marinated tofu and packed it into a sandwich with spinach leaves, tomatoes and onions. To give the sandwich that extra punch I added in the mustard sauce and tabasco sauce. Try this super healthy sandwich for your picnics or summer brunches!
