Kashmiri Chilli Chicken
Kashmiri chilly powder
Marinate chicken drumstick with ginger garlic paste,chilly-turmeric powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan
Saute onion and strain it and fry the drumstick in that same oil.
Grind the dry chilly, mustard, fennu greek, bay leaf, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds.
Set aside the fried drumstick and put the saute onion, ginger-garlic paste, grinderd mix
Put the tomatoes, Ca hew-raisins paste and salt
Pour the curd
Put the chicken and garam masala
Pour some water and cook it for a few min
Put some coriander leaves and set aside
Heat a pan in ghee and fry the bad am and put it on the curry
2. Wheat Parotta Recipe:
Mix some oil and salt in wheat powder
Pour some curd and water and mix as chapathi dough consistency.
Make some balls from the dough
Roll a ball and paste some some ghee over it
sprinkle some wheat powder and fold it and roll as anti clock wise.
Roll it and heat a pan and make parottas
