Paneer Vermicelli Balls

Paneer Vermicelli is an innovative easy snack recipe. It has a crunchy outside and a soft interior, perfect for evening tea-time snack.

Ingredients

Paneer – 100 gms grated
Roasted Vermicelli
Boiled Potato – 2 nos
Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
Amchur powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 Tsp
Onion – 1 no. chopped
Chopped Garlic – 1 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 Tsp
Chopped Green chili – 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves
Maida/All purpose flour
Water
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat some oil in a pan and add garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, amchur, chat masala, onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic and saute them till the onions turn brown
2. Add salt, boiled potatoes and paneer
3. Mix them well and cook the paneer mixture for about 2 minutes and let the mixture cool down
4. Roll the paneer mixture into balls and dip them into maida-water batter
5. Take some roasted vermicelli in a plate and roll the paneer balls in this
6. Set the vermicelli coated balls in the refrigerator
7. Heat some oil for deep frying and start frying the vermicelli paneer balls
8. Fry them till they turn into a golden brown color
9. Serve the paneer vermicelli balls with some ketchup
