Lassi is the most popular, refreshing and chilled yogurt drink all across India, mostly in Punjab. It is an healthy, rich and creamy Indian beverage made using yogurt and water/milk.
Lassi is traditionally served in long glasses!

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
2-3 tbsp sugar
Salt
Ice
Water
Cardamom powder

Method
In a blender add 1 cup yogurt, 2-3 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, some ice and water.

Blend nicely and pour into a glass.

Garnish with some cardamom powder.

The sweet and tasty Punjabi Lassi is ready to be served!
