Sooji (Semolina) – 1 Cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 Cup
Yogurt(Curd) – 3/4 Cup
Green Chillies (finely chopped) – 2 no or to taste
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Onion (finely chopped) – 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2 Tbsp
Bell Pepper ( finely chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Oil – for frying 1/2 tsp for each uttapam
