Tender coconut Mousse
Boil the milk
At the same time melt the china grass in some water
Pour the china grass in boiled milk and set aside
Grind the tender coconut and coconut milk as fine paste
Add the milk and sugar mix into the fine paste and again grind well
Beat the whipping cream
Add the paste into the cram and fold it
Crushed the biscuit.
Add sugar and butter into the biscuit
Place the biscuit mix into the serving bowl
And fill the cream mix into the piping bag and cover the biscuit with cream. Set aside in fridge
Kozhi Mutta Thoran
Curry leaves (paste)
Mince chicken (Cooked)
Heat oil in pan.
Saute onion and green chilly.
Add turmeric powder.
Add coconut and chicken.
Add curry leaf paste into it. Mix well.
Add egg white into it.
Sprinkle pepper powder.
