Hi everyone, today’s video is a recipe + mukbang video featuring one of my favourite dishes from my childhood. This is the vegan version of jajangmyeon AKA Korean Black Bean Noodles!! This is honestly so delicious and I really hope you guys try this out.

VEGAN JAJANGMYEON (KOREAN BLACK BEAN NOODLES) –
Ingredients (4-5 servings)
Jajangmyeon noodles or any other noodles
1 zucchini
2 potatoes
1 onion
4-5 tbsp oil
1/2 cup fermented black bean paste (jajang)
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp potato starch (you can also use corn starch) + 1/3 cup water
