Instructions
1.Boil some water with Bone of chicken,Onion and Garlic for stock.
2. Blanch the red chilly. Grind it with some ginger and garlic and make a paste.
3. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste,soyasauce,red chilly paste,corn flour,maida flour,egg,salt and crushed cashew nut.Set aside for 15 mins.

Preparation
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Put the marinate chicken peices and fry and strain it.
3. Heat another pan with oil. Saute well with ginger-garlic,chopped onion,greenchilly,dice cut onion,redchilly paste.
4. Strain the stock and pour it in the mixture.
5. Add Salt,pepper powder,sugar,corinader leaves and mix well.
6. Add tomato-soya sauce,Redchilly and capsicum.
7. Add cornflour into the mixture.While adding the corn flour stir contonously otherwise it may get lumbs.
