Tawa Grilled Fish Recipe

Recipe Ingridients:
ginger garlic paste
Chopped onion
Chopped tomato
Chopped green chilly
Chopped ginger
Chopped garlic
Chopped curryleaves
curryleaves
butter
Salt
Coconut milk
Mustard
Peppr powder
Chilly powder
Turmeric powsder
kudam puli
Lemon juice
Oil
Potato,Carrot and Broccoli

Instructions
1. Blanch the vegetables like Potato,Carrot and Broccoli

Preparation
1. Combine ginger-garlic paste,turmeric-chilly-pepper powder,salt,Soak water of kudampuli,oil and Chopped curry leaves. Marinate the masala on fish.
2.Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger,garlic,green chilly,curryleaves
3.Put onion and tomato. Saute well.
4. Add some masala,pepper-turmeric powder in it.
5.Put a peice of kudampuli and coconut milk.
6.When it becomes thicker add some more coconut milk and set aside.
7.Grill the fish in a tawa.

For sauce
Heat butter in a pan.Add chopped garlic and saut well untill its became brown. Add some lemon juice over it and set aside

Saute the blanched vegetables in that pan.And plate the fish with all these.
