Ingredients needed for making tasty tuna pickle

Tuna – 3/4 kg

Chili powder – 3 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2

Ginger – 2

Garlic – 3

Green chili – 2

Vinegar – 1/2 cup

Oil – as required

Salt – as required

For making tasty mouth-watering tuna pickles, take 3/4 kg of fresh tuna fish. Clean and remove the skin of the fish. Cut tuna into small chunks or cubes, and marinate the fish with chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Keep this for 10 minutes and fry tuna and keep it aside.

Heat some oil in a pan then add sliced ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté well. Add some curry leaves and add this to fried fish.

Heat a pan, add 5 tsp of Kashmiri chili powder, then heat it well. Add fried tuna into this pan and add 1/2 cup of vinegar. Finally, pour some oil and add salt if needed. The tasty tuna pickle is ready. Store it in a clean and dry container.
