Sausages are very common in every supermarkets. Chicken and beef sausages are available in the market. Usually sausages are fried in oil and served. Check this new version of frying sausages which will a great treat to your family. Here our chef is using chicken sausages. Here in this recipe sausages are fried two times. The first time it is shallow fried and for the second time, the sausages are coated in a batter and fried. This procedure helps to prepare crispy sausages. The batter is seasoned with garam masala, black pepper powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and some ginger garlic paste.

While preparing the batter, add some rice flour with the all purpose flour. Doing so, sausage fritters will be very crispy.

A lot of different snacks will be prepared till the end of Ramadan for iftar snacks. Each day we prepare variety snacks for iftar. This recipe is especially very easy to prepare and is very delicious. You can add extra spice if you need. But it is advisable to use less spice during fasting and it will be good for kids too.
