Ingredients for making Kums recipe:

  • Egg – 5
  • All-purpose flour – 10 tsp
  • Sugar – 10 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee for greasing the pan
  • Salt – 2 pinch

Step-by-step methods for making Kums Recipe:

  1. In a bowl beat eggs, sugar turmeric, and cardamom powder together on high speed for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Then add plain flour into it and mix without forming any lumps.
  3. Grease a deep-bottomed nonstick pan with ghee, and pour the mixture. Cover, and cook on low flame for about 15-20 minutes or till when the knife or fork inserted in the center comes out clean. Switch off the flame.
  4. Heat another frying pan, grease it with little ghee and turn the cake upside down into this pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Cut and serve with tea. Enjoy 🙂
