Ingredients for nasi lemak: Rice, coconut milk, onion, pandan leaves, water, ginger, salt.

Ingredients for the sambal: onion, garlic, chili paste, tamarind juice, salt, enough sugar, and oil.

After that add tamarind juice, sugar, salt, and onion that have been sliced, and cook until the onions wilt. Then fry the anchovies and peanuts. Remove from the heat and drain the oil.
