Paneer scramble
Ingredients
Paneer – 200 gms
Chopped Onion – 1 no
Chopped Tomato – 1 no
Chopped Green chili – 1 no
Ginger & garlic paste- 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
Clove
Oil – 3 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
1.Add 2-3 tsp of oil(Buy at https://goo.gl/QKp3rC) in a pan and saute the onions with the whole spices, green chilies and ginger & garlic paste.
2.Add tomatoes, salt and red chili powder(Buy at https://goo.gl/XpQkzT) to the onions and keep sauteing.
3.Keep the flame on low and roughly crumble the paneer(Buy at https://goo.gl/5GzJze) with fingers and gently mix.
4.Add ¼ tsp of cumin powder and stir for 5 minutes.
5.Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Flavorsome Paneer Scramble is ready to be rolled inside your bread!!
