Ingredients needed for making veg kurma:
Potato, Beans, Carrot, Coriander leaves, Green peas, Onion, Green chili, Ginger, Garlic, Grated coconut, Cashew nut, Turmeric powder, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Black pepper, Fennel seed, Oil, and Salt.

  1. First, we have to peel and cut all vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and beans and set them aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and fennel seed, Saute them well.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chili, black pepper, ginger, garlic, and cashew nut. Saute them well
  4. Then add grated coconut and turmeric powder. Saute and roast them well. Set it aside.
  5. Heat water in a pan and add cleaned green peas.
  6. Then add chopped vegetables like potato carrot, and beans. Saute them well.
  7. Then sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well and cook till the vegetables and green peas become soft.
  8. Now we have to grind the roasted coconut into a fine paste and add some water. Combine them well and set them aside.
  9. Heat a pan. Add ground coconut paste, water, cooked vegetables, and green peas, and mix them well.
  10. Finally, season with some coriander leaves.
  11. Remove from fire and set aside
  12. Serve and enjoy vegetable kurma with chappati, appam, or parotta.
