Dahi Paneer Kebab
Ingredients

Grated paneer – 200 gms
Hung curd – 3/4 cup
Chopped onion – 1 no
Chopped green chili – 1 no
Chopped ginger – 1 no
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chana dal (roasted & powdered) – 4 tsp
Maida – 3 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil

Method:
1.Take a bowl. Add 200 gms of grated paneer, 3/4 cup of hung curd, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili, 1 chopped ginger, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 2 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of salt, 4 tsp of roasted chana dal powder, 3 tsp of maida, chopped coriander leaves and mix it all together to a dough.
2. Now, roll the dough into a roll and cut into quarter inch thick into a shape of roundels. Flatten it with hands like patties.
3. Refrigerate for 5 minutes before frying.
4. Take a wide saucepan, add little oil.
5. Gently place the patties into the pan and shallow fry them. Make sure you fry on both sides till you get golden brown in colour.
Dahi Paneer Kebab is ready to serve.
