The ingredients used for this recipe are so simple and easily available in our home. First, we have to prepare the filling. Heat the pan and pour some oil. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and green chilies. Saute it very well. Add chicken pieces (preferably small pieces) and fry them for two or three minutes. Add sliced onions, carrots, and capsicum. Saute it very well. Spice it up with pepper powder, turmeric powder, tomato sauce, chaat masala powder, and salt. Off the flame. Let it cool down and add a generous amount of cheese and mayonnaise. Stir it well. Now is the time to induce the smoky flavor.

Make the dough sheets separately. Knead all-purpose flour mixed with salt and oil. Make thin rotis with this flour. Half cook the rotis. Cut the rotis into a semi-circle and roll the sheets into a cone. Fill the rotis with the filling. Seal the rotis with all-purpose flour paste. Finally, dip the cones in the paste and dip in the crushed vermicelli. Fry it in hot oil and serve. Enjoy it with your family.
