INGREDIENTS & COOKING METHOD.

– All-purpose flour – 1 cup

– Salt – 1/3 tsp (just a pinch is needed)

– Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup minus 2 tsp

– Ghee – 1/2 cup (may need less than 1/2 cup)

In a bowl, add the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Pour in the melted ghee and form into a dough. Make sure the dough has consistency as shown in the video. You can add more ghee if it is not enough. Divide into small portions.

Shape them into round peda-like shapes and place them on a baking tray. Top with nuts. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius in convection mode or 18 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius in OTG with both rods on. Best served with a hot cup of tea. Enjoy!
