Ingredients:
butter – for greasing the mug
150 grams Oreo biscuit
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Method:
– Grease the cup using salted butter in which you would make the Oreo cake.
– Crush the Oreo cookies roughly using hands into the mixer and blitz it.
– Add a pinch of salt and the baking powder to the crushed Oreo in the mixer. Add the milk and blitz again.
– Pour the crushed Oreo in the greased mug.
– Put the cup in the microwave on a medium high heat for 3.5 minutes.
– The Oreo mug cake is ready. Dust it with little icing sugar and enjoy this quick & delectable cake.
