Ingredients for making Cucumber – Pineapple Smoothie
- Ice -1/2 cup
- Coconut water- 3/4 cup of water
- English cucumber – chopped
- Flat leaf parsley, leaves only – 1/2 chopped
- Medium lemon – 1 peeled and seeded
- Fresh pineapple – 1 cup, frozen
- Liquid stevia – 5 drops optional (we did not need it, as it is sweet enough)
- Fresh ginger, optional
Method of making
