Are you guys ready for the easiest and the most delicious cake of all time? I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE cookies and cream. It was probably my favourite flavour of ice cream when I was a kid. I just love the crunchiness of the chocolate cookie and the fact that the vanilla parts always evened everything out… and I swear, this is like cookies and cream mug muffin style. AND IT’S VEGAN OF COURSE!!! AND IT CAN BE DONE IN 3 MINUTES!!! What’s not to love about this?! I honestly can’t even describe how happy I am that this turned out as good as it did. All the flavours work so well together and it’s just amazing. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!
